Women are scared sexy...
Why is it that women are so intimidated to admit that they are attracted to other women??

There are many beautiful women on the website, however the top sites are like big boobed porn star looking girls. Not that big boobs are bad, but the top sites portray them in an insulting way.

I have found a lot of my favorite women on this site, and saved them to my portifolio.

Somehow, my eye always seems to stray upon the art projects.

Does anyone out there see the beauty in the women and the piece of art at the same time?? I would love to know...

Signed,
Curious beautiful new orleans lady

hi brandy.

i think women are beautiful. however, i think i can appreciate their beauty without being sexually attracted to them. is that what you mean?

when i browse this site, i almost always look at pictures of women.

I don't think the men that ARE attracted to men are afraid to admit it, they are the ones that are Gay...<being sarcastic>.
But seriously, it is very taboo to be a man and find other men attractive, but generally OK to be a woman and say that you find other women attractive. Also, a woman can say another female is attractive, but if she acts on that attraction she can still face ridicule from straight women!?

My theory is, women are beautiful creatures, like cats, men are like dogs, as the saying goes. Therefore, why would I be attracted to a rough-looking dog when there are so many graceful cats?

Attraction is a state, attractivness is an evaluation. I am a male that is not attracted too Brad Pitt, however I would be lying to say he is not attractive. The chiseled features, the dimples, the wispy waifish hair. What's not to like. However me being heterosexual the thought of physical intimacy with another male, attractive or not, doesn't even cross my mind. My sexual inclination does not change the fact that Brad Pitt is attractive. Why should I be ashamed to admit that. Anyone going around denying the obvious or lying about their own observations is in a truly sad state of denial indeed. And anyone who would look down upon honesty in others is deserving of pity. Just be honest and anyone who looks down on you for it is lying about something anyway.

BTW The Greyhound is a beautiful creature

Decius, Xs...

By no means did I try to imply that I cannot plainly tell the difference between an ugly guy (Dennis Rodman), and a handsome guy (Brad Pitt). What I was exploring was the difference between acceptance of male attraction to another male.
I am not attracted to any males, but that does not mean I don't know which are ugly. I don't think that you have to be attracted to someone to be aware of their "good-looks".
However, I do see the men who deny any "awareness" of good looking men are hiding SOMETHING.

It might sound sad but someone from my school said it best.
"How come two girls can sit there and make out with each other and everyone can say 'oh their just friends' yet when I try and give another guy a high five they think I am gay"(He was exagerating a bit."
To tell you the truth I know a lot of people that would say someone of the same sex was hot or ugly(though we never came around to ever getting into a conversation like that) but you can only say it in a close environment where people know you and know that you wouldn't find them attracted to a point of intamacy.

(If you are wondering why I always post right after someone else it's because I have no life, I am on the internet a lot and I am always looking under new posts because I like reading peoples opinions.

Dug,
Exageration is sometimes needed to get a poit across. I like the way 'he ' phrased that. The point about the 'close environment' has alot of truth to it. I would never stand in the line of a grocery store, and tell the guy in front of me that the guy next to me was handsome. It just wouldn't happen.
This pertains to the poit I was trying to make about it not being 'socially' accepted for guys.

Wesdawgy, I got ya' man. Didn't mean to imply anyone hear was insecure cause I haven't seen that. A lot of guys I'm in contact everyday with are though.

Dug, What the HELL school do you go to. I gotta sign up. Seriously if two girls are making out I think one could safely assume their just a little more than friends. As for me and my friends we shake hands, pat each other on the back and if I haven't seen them in a while or its an appropriate situation I'll hug them, male or female. I'm heterosexual, there is no doubt about that, and if anyone wants to question that because I hug my male friends on occasion, well thats when my trusty 'I don't give a f**k what you think' attitude comes in. Don't sweat other's judgements on you unless their wearing a black robe and holding a gavel.

P.S Although I must admit it might be kinda' innapropriate to yell out Brad Pitt is hot in public. Those stares and snickers are probably justified. I know I'd have to make a joke if I saw somebody do that.

Well, WOW!

I have not peeked in here, for so long...and finally decided to after running into an old friend on MSN...

Hi Lynniepooooooooh!!!!

I guess that it is hard for women to admit their sexuality when it comes to other women, because society as a whole still considers bi-sexuality to be so "taboo"...

For many other reasons, as well.

Careers, Family lives, Social Circles, Community Involvement...etc...

I am a Career Woman...very active in the community, a mother, a wife...involved in many social organizations that would be directly effected by me coming "out of the closet" as a bi...

I am bi...and I enjoy it. It is not a part of my every day life...it does not consume me, my mind, my thoughts...etc....

So, when I get the "urge" to play, I head down to Denver...or hang out with some girlfriends that I have made locally...and it is very discreet...very erotic....and very stimulating....

It is easy for me to admit this on here, as I will never meet 99% of you...and you will never see a picture of me...

So, on UG...I am "coming out" of the closet....

LMFAO...

Lynn, sorry that you had to find out this way...

~just grins~

I'm drawn to women constantly.

My best friend I want to suck her face off half the time because she's the most darling and lovely creature I've ever come into contact.

And though I feel this, it stems more from the fact that if we were two different people, things would be different. Like, if I were a man.

I'm never unwilling to admit that women are sexy or fucking fine. Jennifer Connelly, Cameron Diaz, perfect examples of women that I would if I had some different equipment jump on the /moment/ I met them.

But, since I'm not sexually attracted to women, since, as a woman, I would never have a relationship with another woman, I admire them. I think they're stunningly beautiful and I can see how a man would lust after them.

Mountain Girl: It's funny that the way you described your life coalesces with the behavior of the real "Mountain Girl." The unnamed giantess who hung out with the Ken Kesey crew and was close friends with Ginsberg, an acid freak along side Timothy Leary, and Kesey's personal lover, whom he shared with many women. Before she became involved with the "crew", she was speculated to have been an unmarried mother with a job as a receptionist at the science clinic Leary was doing his research out of.

Do you choose the name on purpose, as in you know of the "Mountain Girl" and it fit to you, or did you choose it because you're a gal from Denver?

JetPlane..

No, I did not choose my name to make reference to the character of whom you speak...

I, quite frankly, have no clue of this character's existance...

I chose the name, because that is who I am...

I am a "mountain girl"...my heart is here...my life is here...and my soul is here...

And, for the record, am not from Denver...Denver is not "IN" the mountains...there are only Mountains to the West of Denver and I am in Aspen...the Rocky Mountains...

I have moved from Colorado several times, only to find my way back here...to the splendor and beauty of the Rocky Mountains...

Life is different up here, it is simple and slow...no "concrete jungles"...no "rush hour"...no "gridlock"...no "gang violence"...etc....

So, thank you for the attention that was obviously payed to my post in regards to the description of my life... ~lil' winks~
