What's the meaning of my dream? |
Can someone help me work out if this dream has a meaning or if I'm just over thinking things? Dream: In my dream, there was a beautiful sunset and I was walking through a crowded high-street market. As I walked down the street, my friend appeared next to me. She whispered something in my ear and then I walked into one of the market stalls to my right. There was an old lady in there, and I stole something from her stall and ran off. She chased me out, and followed me wherever I went. I was running down familiar roads (some roads that I have been down a lot but haven’t memorised) and she continued to chase after me. Then after a long time, I started running down a road that I’ve never seen before, and she lost me. Then after a while, I ended back on those familiar roads, and I saw a bunch of ninjas (lol). They stopped me, and wouldn’t let me pass. Then the old lady found me again and started chasing me down the familiar roads again. Then I woke up. Also, for the whole time that the dream went on, it was sunset, and I was sprinting for the entire time that she was chasing me. It'd be great if anyone could give their opinions

Read i few books regarding dreams so ill give it ago.... First of all the "sunset" which you explain is prominent throughout your dream could depict the end of your life and the fear of little time. the multiple path ways depict paths in your life the fact you travel down roads you recognise means having to make choices which you have already crossed. The thing you stole means you don't feel you deserve some of your goals and achievements. The old lady is a metaphor for your worries. the lady being old shows me you don't see your problems as to big. As for the ninjas they seem to depict your fear of taking the wrong path even tho you appear to be laid back anouth to accept you own fate and don't seem to be concerned by you choices
