How To Stop Blushing??

Hi, I'm new here, so this is a little difficult but I really need some help and advice about this. I have a huge blushing problem and I need it to go away! How do I stop blushing at anything and everything??! When ever someone stares at me I feel my face heat up and I know I am turning red like an apple. It is so embarrassing. I go to a store and if the store person comes and asks me if I need help, I start blushing. If I see a guy that I'm attracted to, I go red and I have to hide. And I've just started going to college and even in class, if I'm asked a question.... I need to stop blushing! Does anyone else have this problem and know how to cure it??
