Are You in Shock?
There are five defined stages of dealing with one's death.

commonly

1. Denial
2. Anger
3. Bargaining
4. Depression
5. Acceptence

Honest Self Critics are so hard to find... they don't last long.. constantly accepting some truth or another along the way because they are Honest Self Critics, the don't dwell or stagnate... lets try and keep up

Honestly... are you in some stage of shock... ?

"But I'm not terminally ill, as far as I know I'm not dying"

who said this list ONLY applies to dealing with death? I've noticed it everywhere learning is taken place... then again I have kids, and healthy self esteem....

We are all some where on the list of 5 stages, about something....

Otherwise our dialogues wouldn't appear as easy to catagorize along the lines of one or the other of the stages... so many in denial

so many with a sense of acceptence...

agree? disagree?

let me have it
