   To when I first met You,
   It's kind of funny...
   Because I don't give any
   Attention to you
   When you knock at the door
   Of my heart

But then, little by little,
   I began to realize
   Your patience with me
   Was giving me confidence.

When I think back,
   I think it's too late
   To change...
   And i feel the coldness
   Of your presence
   Leaving me in despair

   Deserted me
   But to my surprise
   You are always with me.

What a wonderful thing

   And I'm so thankful
