T.V. and phones waves are around us, but are out of our frequency range. An owl may perceive darkness as what we see as daylight. Darkness of night for the owl may be like light of day to us.
Its two sides of one energy, the subtler the vibrations the brighter the light.
Its light that has denser vibrations, as denseness increases so does dark become darker, or at least what we perceive as darkness.
Without darkness could light be bright?or could we know light?
How can a blind man know what darkness is if he can't perceive light?
We can know darkness because we know light.
