Striving for some kind of sustenance

Love appears to be an adequate fulfiller

Only love is hard to come by, now...

Lust is all the dreadful vessels we call humans can perceive



Conscience supposedly sets us apart... Although...

As Corruption settles in... even that will

Dissipate with everything else...



Eventually we will be no different

The idea of power, greed, Endless wants

Will inevitably cripple us all



Selflessness is an impossible idea.

Everything every person ever does is

Fueled entirely by their own desires.

Every act of kindness regardless of its version

Is based entirely upon fortifying their own secluded empires



The title of being human alone disgusts.

Which comes with a seldom used heart collecting dust.

We seem so perfect on the outside

Using lies to hide what a person truly is on the inside.



Determined to deceive, damning us all into

Creating duplicates of ourselves all created by

The building up of untruths and falsifications



The entire race is damned, All hope is lost

There is nothing left for us except to wait

For the inevitable end to our despicable kind
