The Slightest Thing

I often try and improve the way my mind and body works (perhaps you do the same).

The other day I noticed that even the slightest movement can have an effect. I started to initiate a move so softly, I didn't really notice any real movement. Despite this, I still experienced the effect of movement that can be helpful in aiding thought.

I guess it's quite hard to explain in full, but sometimes the little things count, and not everything requires a grand gesture...

I realised today that such slight movement comes up when you're trying to get in touch with ,or enhance, an emotion you are feeling (or at least that's what it felt like).
