Melting face.

I just wanted to know if anyone knows why a persons face would feel like it is melting every so often? I couldn't find anything about it online.

I can think of two reasons: either the person is dealing with hallucinogenics either he is undergoing deep psychological stress...look up "fear of falling appart" , a concept invented by Donald Winnicott...he talks about it a lot, it being a manifestation of psychosis. You could also do some researches concerning body image distortion.

I once got that feeling...my dentist shooted the anesthetics in the wrong vein...terrifying.

Wow that's interesting. Body image distortion kinda like dissociative identity dissorder where you can't recognise parts of your body as your own.

Ohh dear what if the person hallucinates but doesnt take hallucinogetics?

Well, it all depends on the content of the hallucination...do they make you paranoid or intrigued and amused?
I'll say that you are having a free ride if they are not caused by hallcinogetics.
