Fruit and Nutarian |
For three years I was vegetarian, then vegan for 4 years, and then all I ate for about 4 months, was fruit and nuts... I am back to omnivorous diet now. I am sure you can understand vegetarian, even vegan. But, the reason I went to fruit and nuts, is so that I did not have to kill an actual plant to eat. As in, all I ate fell from the tree... I can tell you, I still felt fine on that diet. When you consider the ethic of such a diet, what are your thoughts? (Perhaps bear in mind vitamin tablets, etc. as well as man-made foods)
