You don't love me, so don't lie.
Stop trying to heal my wounds, when I want to die.
Pull the fish-hook out of my back, that you constantly reel.
Let my heart fade to black, so I can no longer feel.
Stop making promises if you're not going to follow through.
Stop giving me false hope, I never wanted you to.
Don't touch me anymore.
I'am no longer a silent whore.
Stop playing games with my mind; just get out of my head.
Why am I alive wasting time, when I'd rather be dead?
Don't try to make peace, if you're going to stir the pot.
Don't tell me I'am your friend, when you act like Im not.
Just leave me alone, go on be free.
You already broke my heart, what more do you want from me?

That's a very poignant poem and it says it all. Poetry is a fantastic outlet, my advice though is don't get too sucked into the negative aspects of your emotions, channel it into something positive and then you'll be able to move on.
