What is it about the brain?
Basically we can imitate everything seen without, as well as emulate anything from within…
Quite the tool indeed…
We make plans, remember, and vision things, as well as see into the future (as through déjà vu)…
All this and more is much like the rest of the Universe, except that it is a highly evolved part of the Universe…
We also process information… and there's a lot more to it than that…
This thread should devote itself to what is remarkable about the brain…
What do you find so remarkable about the brain?
What intrigues you?
What do you know that you would like to share?
I think one of the most amazing things is how it seems to find a way to function, even though it can have many an obstacle… It's work is seamless, it's power mighty, and it's possibilities almost endless…
To keep it short, the tool in our head is so remarkable, we don't yet fully know how it functions, logic hasn't caught up with it yet, and it may well be a most interesting puzzle…
A final question… Where have you learnt the most about the brain and how it works?
