Fading and Pushing Things Into Nothing…
This thread has two subjects which are intrinsically linked…
They are both about one key idea. That idea that in the mental realm things can enter a state where they go through a path to nothing…

The first subject is that after the mind is done with something, instead of being watered down and reused, the elements that made up the thoughts are slowly eaten away and fade into nothing…
Basically, what this would involve is the thought hitting a barrier which converts the material into the immaterial. The thought would be automatically sent to this barrier as a destination, once all the usefulness has been retrieved from the thought to power the future thoughts…
This would be a factor in memory and forgetfulness…

The second subject involves two parts, which both involve the user of the thoughts pushing the thought away consciously, the first part by direct action, the second part by a consequence of another action (where the level of consciousness in this second part may be significantly lower, in regards to the actual pushing into nothing part)…
By pushing something into nothing the user of the thoughts can remove something from the workspace of the mind. There may be a few or more reasons for this, a couple being to maximise the amount of space available for other thoughts, and another where undesirable thoughts are removed…

I have some questions for you regarding this…
“Does this idea make sense?”
“If so, do you think this idea holds true?”
“If so, have you heard of anything like this before, and if so where?”
And finally, “Do you think you do or would use such a technique?”

Of course if you have anything to add or wish to answer the questions, please reply…
