Miming the words... |
This is not something you might have seen on the older style music television shows... You may also have experienced this when listening to music, or reading something quietly from a book... Basically we mime to the words, both vocally and through the our inner voice. When I say we mime the words, I mean that we mouth the words (either vocally or from the inner voice) such that it is a much quieter version, like whispering aloud. The most interesting part of this, I find, is that the mind does it too (through the inner voice), and that silence of the mind may be brought about through a very gentle verison of miming. Who feels the need to sing aloud (all the time) when the words have already been sung?
