I need sleepp

soo, I haven't been able to sleep for the past 3 days... I'm no doctor, but I'm pretty sure that's not a good thing. I just lay there and I try to go to sleep but nothing seems to work.

I've been under an extreme amount of stress lately and idk when it's going to end. realllly starting to feel the effects now shaking, eyes burning, milky tears, semi-open eyed visuals I guess you could say, dizziness... etc..

does anyone have any suggestions? sleeping pills? I've tried that and they aren't really working for me..
