It is easy in the world to live after the world's opinions; it is easy in solitude to live after your own; but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect sweetness the independence of solitude - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Woke up a w a y from society
prison could not hurt the inside of me
curious rats had a cat fro variety
2 much 2 handle when its not your own
Vision
you hate to belate but
when the world has more its time to
stop turn and sink
blink IS to release
maybe? think?
if thought was void of "thought"
IF? you lsot what you thought you forgot
"knowledge" ruins me

i kicked her down three flights of stairs in armarillo
she walked back up with a pink sand hourglass
said "these would be the last time i count down my days"
cherry tree came up popped right up in the window
said "the pink had turned to green"
a marble and a dry shot of some drowning whisky
right now didnt sound so quite dam mean
well then i threw her out the window
two stories up in cheyenne
she took a taxi back to my place with a spider on her back
said "see that eagle in the distance?
i let him go just yesterday"
now the sun was shining on my bright green brillo
pad
as i scrubbed the horses hooves
seen that angry child in my rearview
called him out and he was gone
three stalks of corn said i was bitter when i showed them my new shoes
but the shoes had turned to gold
so i pushed her off a mountain right there in oregon
but alls she did was bruise her hip
stole the beans from an old river gang as they humed there prayer in song

"thank you lord for this river
for which is life
thank you for the forest
of our salvation
and the eyes to see your light"

allow me to even with the eage beaver
we chef our own stress only to adress the mess
time has assessed be the best way nest
lest hes unlike me free to achieve the OPTION to succeed
which still to me doesnt seem palpable enough
to pop out my mouth conviction of how you should hop out now
and unless you cop out now
youll see that just like me
vision is a tool with negative pull
obsessed to fool me into obligation for scene
which leadsm e to believe that only
the blind may see

i understand now
my depression of now
is from my impression of how
my progression may sound
to others not bound
to the only lonely seat in my obsessie compound
but its much to hectic to advance with nothing but chance
except when we dance
emotions convey through the fibers of passion
exactly the action of NATURES satisfaction
