Have you ever stared into the mirror at yourself for a long period of time? Then all the sudden you feel really wierd like you are looking at someone, but it's not you....

oops..i meant to put this in Psychological Phenomena but now i can't erase it......lol

it happens. like it feels as if your not looking through your eyes, but the eyes of an unbiased videocamera. Just recording, but not analysing.

that's the only time you see the shell of who you want to be.. and begin to realize who you really are!...but you don't understand because you wanna wake up out of that fuzzy feeling before you go crazy....lmao

never stared at myself in the mirror and felt the person i was looking at wasn't me but i have gotten that earie feeling that i'm sitting back watching myself do things that i don't necessarily agree with and sometimes i'll ask myself "what do you think your doing you idiot" its usually when i'm under stress and i just buckle and do something stupid i know i'm gonna regret later but do it anyway lol

When one Astral Projects, they separate the Spiritual Self from their material body, that can be dangerous at times. When one Dream Travels, only the consciousness is sent traveling. You cannot 'invade' another persons Dreams, although through 'Group Dreaming' one who is allowed access can influence another's Dreams. There are many Guardian Spirits to impede anyone with malicious intent.

I used 2 have this feeling for a couple of years, now, through mediation I have that feeling all the time now.

Actually, I think it happens because as u look at urself in the mirror, u think that if I m over there, then who am I. Then suddenly u relaize that all ur previous conceptions u had about urself were wrong. u realize ur not ur personality(i.e, ur name,your face,what happned 2 you 5 years ago etc).
As a result, ur kinda forced 2 look into ur true nature, ur forced to look behind the viel of illusion, and see into the true nature of reality.

My advice is to anyone that get that 'feeling', don't be scared by it, and to make better sense of what I said, meditate frequently and get to understand spirituality, read books on buddhisim etc.

yeh, i do that all the time. Walking down the street, I see random people, and I try to see how they see me, and then what they're thinking at the moment, whats going through their head, what they're life is like...that sort of thing.
