Tell me what you think, I'll let you figure this one out for yourselves.

Illogical thinking left unnoticed
Only here to help satisfy
My craving for the random holiness
Sought for my own gain

Strengthen this supple spirit
Burden it with untamed lies
All-mighty dwelling close to me
Instill a misery within

Deeds can only gratify for so long
Morals don't leave one trace
For undying joy of the mind
Bring this wretch back to existence

Hardened by a confidence that words can make you fly
Overrun with impurity of graceful lies and awful truths

Strengthen this supple spirit
Burden it with untamed lies
All-mighty dwelling close to me
Instill a misery within

I think this poem is about certainty and ignorance.
It sounds like you're saying that being a moral and "good" person isn't making you happy, and that you need some ignorance (Heaven, faith, love of God) to really be completely whole.
I can also read it as applying to Jesus, both from the viewpoint of a Christian and [the almost opposite viewpoint of an] agnostic/atheist.

Even if I'm completely wrong, I liked it. GJ!
