Is every thing on earth universal?
If we were to one day disover alien life forms, outside of our galaxy they have a planet in hich they are technelogicly advanced in there own sense. Would the way there world work be the same as ours i.e. would they have the law of physics we have, would they have a gravity, instead of electrisity could they have some alternative way like energy releasing goo? Are the laws of nature and physics, chemestry and so on universaly apllying? Does anyone have anything they can say about this?

Yes, it would. Things like gravity apply throughout the entire universe, while they may call it something different like "popclicknish" it would still do the same thing.

gravity - probably
i don't think there is aliens out there that are a lot more technologically advanced than us ... but there must be some other forms of life !
and laws of chemistry usually depends on conditions .... so i wouldn't know
maybe their woulrd woudn't even be based on water .... maybe there is more chemical elements out there that aren't discovered yet ?

Well, of course, new elements might be there that we never have seen before, but the rules, such as saying mixing nitrogen with a flammable substance, wil lead to an explosion no matter where you are, unless somehow the atmosphere is different and it supresses the reaction
