Hi, I am actually working on Spiritual Intelligence and Leadership.

and would be so grateful if you are able to help me fill in my questionnaire. I am still new here... so they wouldn't let me set the link here.

But if you could, you can find my youtube channel sammyeemin. I have a video with a link there.

Thank you for replying...

Samantha98, emotional intelligence needs the following list of necessary dimensions: all of these dimensions may not be met for the fully rounded personality. Nevertheless, a partially developed individual may meet all demanded qualifications for an employer. Employment is strictly for eventual progress of man and the happiness of the Individual.

What dimensions are there? One such dimension: Is your greed for the future of the competitive spirit. We know no company here to think of, but Mankind Will Sufficefor now. The next dimension is the ability to understand that the success for the dialogue, like the one I'm presenting is tountamount, to continuing encouragement of fitting in at emotional changes and not hurting the other fellow. The third dimension is that new values for the success of the opposition of views be protected in each others personal outlook. At this stage we are still impersonal, right? But any moment the discussion may become Personally sensitive. And this the fourth stage may require reviewing of the progress we are meeting. I am not mature already. Are you?
