Amazing Weight Loss

I found this montage of pictures - yeah it's long. I don't know where it came from so I can't say if it's legit or not. Do you guys think it's the same girl in all those pictures? I think it is, but I'm not sure - is this someone's cut and paste gimmick?

If these are real, good for them. I was always the other way, trying to gain weight, then I went on the high side, peaking around 245lbs, but I was hitting the weights really hard.

I managed to drop down to 220lbs, which some say is still heavy for my size (6ft).

What would be their secret?

I don't think there really is a 'secret'. They probably just made a solid decision to change their lifestyle and lose weight and then did the hard work involved in reaching their goals.

I think the pictures of the girl from OP's post is real. But that guy looks questionable to me.
