Low fat and GI protein pumpkin brownies, y'all!
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour

1 cup canned pumpkin

4 egg whites (1/2 cup)

1 cup milk of some kind or water

Artificial sweetener ( whatever you choose, to taste)

5 tbsp. cocoa powder

4 scoops chocolate protein powder (equalling roughly 100g total powder)

2 tbsp. olive or coconut oil

2 tsp. baking powder

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients with dry. Whip into batter. Coat pan with spray. Drop batter in. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean upon insertion.

DONE. Instant, snackable, and nutritious brownies. Cut them into eights and they'll yield about 16g protein, 15-25g carbs (depending on what YOU use to sweeten, wet it with, protein type, etc.), and 6-10 g of fat (again, depending on what YOU use).

Personally, I make these and eat about half of them through the day as in between meal snacks. And in between snack snacks as well hahahahahha. ENJOY.
