Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.......

Exercise and other activities help to reduce fat and over weight.
Swimming, running, cycling, jogging etc hep to burn fat.
Use fruits and vegetables are also reduce weight.
Try to use fruits juice and vegetables soups.
Neglect all the fast and oily foods items...

Exercise increases metabolism, consumes energy and builds muscle, all of which help reduce fat.

What and how you eat is very important to health, fitness and body fatness.

Avoid eating after 8pm. In the early morning, do a pre-brekfast aerobic exercise of at leasr 20 minutes.
Since your blood sugar will be low, your body will be forced to utilize fat as an energy source.
Warning...don't push too hard...only about 60% or you can bonk!
To keep metabolism high, try to get in at least a second (20 minute or more) exercise period in later in the day.
