Use of medical gives side effect or it is good to use?

A CTL of 1 means that Ironwood is a contributing member of Captain Cynic.
I believe ephedra, which there was a cheap natural version that got maligned and suppressed that works very well. There are synthetic versions that are much more dangerous.
But I've heard that cleanses are the beast place to start. Candida yeast cleanse, colonics, parasite cleanse, liver kidney gall bladder.
