Indigenous Persons' Land Rights...
Indigenous people inhabited their lands before the lands were taken from them.

One question is, does this inhabitation constitute ownership?

The other question, if it does constitute ownership, should the land be given to their descendants, as the land was forcefully taken away?

(Perhaps one solution being part given back and the other part kept for descendants of settlers...)
