The Dreamers-Bertolucci
Enjoyed each minute of this movie. A dionysian love triangle between two siblings (siamese twins) and an american student in Paris...their love for the movies being their meeting point. You lead a war either with words and love either with physical violence. That's how the triangle broke apart at the end of the movie.
I don't know if there's a link between films and the first kind of war ( remembering what mathew said about films while peeking at Theo through a hole in the foam).
Now throughout the Movie Mathew was reproaching the siblings to be living in a bubble but will it be so when you reach the end of the movie? Theo and Isabelle were the ones who faced the reality of the happenings in 1968, Mathew on his side prefered to lead the war of words and love just like in a movie...yet still if you return to the maoist red book conversation between the two boys, Theo and Isa would just be extra's...
The acting was great, speacially Eva Green's. There were some beautiful shots if not many, my favourite was when Isa was pretending to be Venus de Milo with her black gloves.
