I think kids today are less naive, possibly dumber and definitely lazier.

Short answer is yes they have changed.

There are good an bad things that have come from digital media.

I wish the internet was around when I was growing up, as I think I would have gotten allot from it.

At the same time, I think the internet has had a very negative effect on kids growing up.

I will try and go into it more at another time. But suffice to say I see cyberspace and computers and the internet as a double edged sword.

I am so lucky my parents sat my ass in front of a computer at six years old. Like it or not, digital media is the future. Hell, it's the present.

Wyote 1988ish, did computers still take up entire rooms back then or what? I'm jp =).

Internet and computers have been half my high school education. So I'd say that the digital era is pretty prevalent even now in our current world.

I agree because it has so many different effects, many being good and bad.

Kids now a days are definitely affected by the technology we have. They're lazy beyond belief and use the internet for pointless sites. They don't use it for anything good, unless they're forced to.

Except for this one, this is not pointless. ^_^
