Presidential Pardons for Scumbags

Can someone please tell me WHY drug dealers and a Bald Eagle serial killer was pardoned? I seriously do not understand . Please don't say the typical bandwagon crap like HE SO STUPID RLY HE IS.
I'm dieing to know wtf these people have done that gives them a reason they should get a presidential pardon. We've had 3 really bad presidents in a row. I really hope Mr. Oh! Bam! Uh! Isn't all talk.

Aristocratic familys and corperations in the western world have historicaly been major players in the distribution of opium all around the world. I think it would be niave to think that they have gave up all their stocks in the trading of pharmasutical and leasure drugs. Drugs seem to be used as hammer to hold over the heads of the masses. I do not generaly condone drug use but i recognise that every culture gets high in some way shape or form. By criminalizing drugs you turn a large portion of your people into criminals so that they have no real say or pull with in society. How convenient

If im not mistaken Ronald reagon was rumored to have been almost "buddy buddy" with major drug dealers in the U.S.
