disappointed at chinese educational system

you may have never been in china before so u dont know how serious and terrible the china"s educational system is ...i have been sent to school when i was about 5 years ago and required to study for more than 12 hours per day...what is more,i am also forced to self study in my small room for another 5 hours after school,or i will be punished by my parents..."only knowledge can change your fate "is what my parents often repeat ....now i am 21 years old and i have seemingly well mastered the required subject and successfully be admitted to a top university ,but i am lacking in pratical ability. in this condition,how can i adapt mysel to the society????...so dear friend,do you think i am a victim ?????
