Latin Translator needed

I need help with a Latin translation for a tattoo I am getting. I need to translate "The meaning of life is nothing." I know there are Latin electronic translators on the internet. They have difficulty getting the right tense or right definition of the word and if I am going to get this tattooed it has to be right. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
