I live in polk county florida right next to hilsborough right where this happend. The judicial system down here is so currpot its ridiculous. This kind of stuff happens all the time, just not while cameras are watching.

News this morning indicates that another prisoner (person) has come forward, so this isn't an isolated incident. Which I am not surprised at all to hear.

oh yeah.i heard about this the other day.i heard that the dude in the wheelchair was parapilegic and the cop didnt believe him.so he floped him out.i didnt know that happen right here though.jesus christ
