Wow, that was something special, Ron Paul came in asleep then Dinesh D'Souza woke his ass up real quick, at first I thought D'Souza was a shoe in for most reasonable intelligent and articulate speaker, I've never seen Paul talk so fast.

D'Souza and Abraham's arguments are of course completely destroyed by the missing factor of the corruption of the countries and actions they defend in their arguments and assertions, regardless of how well they were spoken.

The part that is not missing but is mistaken in context is the religious extremist part, based on their criteria people saying in majorities that people who call America and Israel evil are religious extremists intent on killing every last one of us.

By this model every American especially Bush who uses such religious rhetoric is an extremist worthy of invasion and death.

Here is a big problem with that, and its not because its not true, entirely.

There are extremists, some worthy of death perhaps, but it is not the majority who use inflamatory rhetoric, its the ones using such verbage and actually invading and starting wars, and it is especially not those defending against and revolting from tyranny, regardless if they happen to have the same lexicon and speach habits.

Suicide bombers, those who are defending invasion are forced to distract you by mentioning children bombers because of two reasons, one, is because of how absurd the argument is to begin with, and two is because it works at persuading people.

Suicide bombers are generally poor desperate and angry citizens attacking an invading force, influenced and even often inspired by their most dominant religion which specifically teaches of defense from foreign occupation, just like our constitution and perhaps even the bible somewhere, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong there.

Their tactics are are rediculously crude and hopelessly outdated, regardless of their surprising effectiveness, because they are but peasants fighting empires.

The entire argument against religious extremists in power is retarded because we support one of the most oppenly offensive oppressions based on just such a state causing the greatest antagonization of arabs in general, and especially muslims in the middle east, Zionist Israel.

Again, people act as if their no hope for a justifiable historical context for either argument on this issue, before the proceed to give one anyway that really is either wrong or only a biased part truth that actually skews relevance and perspective to a point you can't argue against, in this out of context situation.

For example, palestinians blowing up jews is terrible.

But that is not the whole picture.

This fight ends up coming down to david facing goliath, but you getting mad at him because he uses an effective sling shot.

People, like D'Souza who use this argument also use the argument that Israel is david facing its arab neighbors, all of which asses it kicked in a 6 day war thanks to our and our friends' tanks, planes and guns.

Though they took out one of our ships that was spying and defenseless, the USS Liberty.

Another irony for D'Souza on Israel is that his edict of helping neighbors in need doesn't seem to apply when the arab and muslim neighbors of palastine try to help them.

But the argument of Israel's self defense is just as flimsy as the argument that Iraq could be any threat to us after two devastating wars and years of sanctions and bombings.

And you would be correct in asserting that there are organized groups as well, but you would again probably be missing out on just how many are made, paid, or influenced by us.
