A River Sutra |
I read this book Sophomore year and liked it. I read it again this year and loved it. It is such a calm book. The tale of a retired government worker who has retreated to a cozy bungalow in the jungle overlooking the Narmada River, the holiest river in all of India. It's the story of the human heart and human experiences. Very insightful. A pretty quick read as well. I highly recommend it.
