music to listen while reading a good book
I love to sit back and enjoy a good book while listening to music after a stressful day at work at umgd. However, lately I was always listening to the same music over and over again...until I was recently "introduced" to a singer I hadn't heard of before. Her name is Madeleine Peyroux. She's just come out with her third album, "Half the Perfect World", and now that's basically all I listen to when I have some time to relax. Her music is so mellow and her voice so beautiful. Has anyone else heard about her? Her songs can be heard from her website www.madeleinepeyroux.com

" i'm gonna sit right down and write myself a letteeeeeer and make believe that it came from youuuu" yeah she's nice, puts me in a good friendly mood while i'm at work. i listen to very mellow things while reading (just for the atmosphere) : iron and wine, Debussy, Chopin, Ray la Montagne, Nico.
