When is Drinking a problem?
Drinking is a problem when it takes over your life, or you take the life of another!
People dont realize it but it starts farely easy.
One way it starts is just by drinking casualy; Your out w/friends have a good time, your happy.
So its very easy to relate to a drink when your upset, un happy and it is a lot easyer to crack open a bottle, then to deal with issues at hand!
Its called " Drowning your sorrows".
Depending on a drink, is like a friend that is never their for you!
All I ask is for those who drink be responsable, dont let it take over!
Dont wait till its too late !!

drinking is a problem when you feel you need it in any situation... even when you're out with your friends partying (sorry if it sounds geek) and feel you need just one or two to loose it up.

I disagree- "need" is a term subjective to circumstances and personal belief.

When I'm at the bar, I need to drink to alleviate my inhibitions, because I know I'll have a much better time if I do.

If I get bummed out because of something with school, work, relationships, etc., I don't need a drink to make myself feel better, because I can do that on my own.

Different people need different things for different reasons. As long as your use of alcohol is not affecting your priorities, I don't feel that its liberal use, especially in youth, is a bad thing.
