I would look hardest for things like Operation Gladio, Northwoods Documents, The Franklin Cover Up.

Internal Government and related Whistleblowers. Court cases of old and new "scandals", 9 times out of 10 that's just another word for conspiracy.

These are the people with the access, evidence, and the greater credibility to truly challenge "official" stories and people in power.

Current Congressmen and women such as Ron Paul, Cynthia McKinney are also sources.
