Every now and then

i get this feeling in the back of my head. it says that it won't turn out ok. it usually comes after iv'e wanted i say something to some one and i don't for one reason or another. then if i don't vent it out (what i'm doing now) i get seriously depressed. but its kimda just a temporary fix.and iv'e got some ways to cure it but it won't be easy, and if they fail they will make all the more.... well depressed. i was just wandering if anybody else got that way, and if so could you help me out with a cure.

yeah, you gotta just say whatever it is you want to say. that's just self doubt nothing serious. just tell yourself that it will work out, and try and talk more.

this is just your idiosyncrasy, anything you do will only be temporary. the only way to eliminate it is to change your way of thinking, hence you must get in the habit of doing that which you wish to accomplish.

how you come across developing this habit is, well of course practicing it.

some people seem to think that the best way to deal with your fear or problem is to face it. so say what you want to say. i have the opposite problem, i say things without thinking enough first, and have the habit of annoying people by accident. its a question of finding the happy medium, or learning not to get to bothered about it when u miss the middle ground.

thx for the advice, but i too talk alot. all the time. i always sing, loudly.... and i like to think skillfully in class, everybody finds me entertaning, and it only happens at night when i think of all the fucked things that people have to go through. then i start thinking about myself. and... well, its alot more complicated than you guys think.
