I'm Angry At Our Country - I'm Very Angr
Today is the 60th Anniversary of the Hiroshima bomb, and I am angry, I am very angry. And I will say what I have to say, and I don't care who I offend and I certainly won't apologize.

I joined into a peace walk today to bring attention to Uranium Weapons on this day. This was not an impeach Bush protest or a get rid of Rove thing, though you could link those two into this one. This was not even and end the war kinda thing. We were told not to carry any signs that named names or used names, and one person was even wearing a tee shirt that read Okies never give up or something like that. I first thought he was pro-military, but when I heard him speak, I realized he was a scientist who just wanted to make people aware of the dangers of Uranium Weapons. There were speeches and we marched around the bombed federal building in Oklahoma City and we even had a police escort. Channel 4 news covered it, afterwards we watched a movie.

Impressively, five churches were involved in this, the Mennonites, A Congregational Church, The Unitarians, an Episcopal Church and United Church of Christ Open Arms. Unfortunately, some didn't bother to attend because of the spiritual nature. Well I say the hell with them, even though I don't believe in hell. They need to take a good long look at their hemorrhoidle and or tight ass problem; it is all kind of anal. Good people regardless of their beliefs about God are trying to do a good thing, we're all on the same side, and that's the side of life.

I wished my memory was better or I had pencil and paper to take notes. At the end, the peace house showed us a movie, and this made me angry, very angry. People are dying and children will be deformed for billions of years to come in Iraq, and this is the part that makes me very angry. Exact figures, well, you know how that goes, it depends on who's counting. Over 2200 tons used in Iraq as of 2004. There were a couple well-informed people who agreed that it might be a good idea to use depleted uranium as tank armor. It is denser then lead and therefor more difficult to penetrate. This can be an excellent protection for our troops. However, most of our concern was with the depleted uranium used in launched weapons. Dirty bombs having the blessing of our nation. Creating explosions producing a fine dust of crystallized depleted uranium, still producing radiation that is easily inhaled into the lungs. A great deadly weapon that goes on killing and deforming children for a billion years.

Why are we doing this to the Iraqi people? Send Rummi to prison for murdering and deforming future unborn children I say, and they do know about this, and I'm sure even the president does also. Is this just a way to eradicate none Christians? If you can't save em, kill em is the new evangelical philosophy - I encourage all to question your local evangelicals about this, they who more then anyone support this war with their Revelations thumping propaganda. The hypocrites who are so against abortion and made such a big thing out of Schiavo. If we pretend it isn't so, it won't be, now you tell that to the children.

I'm disgusted, ashamed and outraged that we have done this. And even our own people, our soldiers are sick and their children are being born deformed, a common defect is a missing hand and I hope that's all, but I fear as these children grow up we will learn more, and government takes no responsibility for the care and well being of these children. And while it only involves just a small percentage of U.S. children, the same cannot be said for Iraqi children.

Those responsible, who knew, but never the less gave the order, they are the demon followers of Satan. The Anti-Christ Traitors, claiming to be Christians, followers of Jesus, but followers of Satan himself disguised as an angle of light. That's what I have to say about that, and I'm not going to apologize.

It is disgusting, its an ecological disaster being swept under a rug of ignorance and lies. Unfortunately it's not just Iraq.

We've been using them since the first Gulf war at least, and in most conflicts since.

And these weapons were and are tested across the United States.

We've been scaring ourselves to death about terrorists and dirty bombs, wake up, we are those terrorists, these are the very definition of dirty bombs and bullets, which they are in bomb form as well, because they penetrate everything, and we use them on everyone and everywhere.

The air polution is only part of it, there are the effects on soil, drinking water, food, and the general environment. This is why it is a factual ecological disaster, and we are causing it, RIGHT NOW.

America is responsible.

Again, listen to retired Maj. Dr. Rokke, the very person the U.S. Army had lead up the clean up of Gulf 1 and investigate and report on the effects of D.U. that have been known since the 40's.

He told them, they told him to lie.

For those unfamiliar please take a moment to hear it from him. He's not shy, and this is on OUR hands.

It is a digression of mankind.
To be so technologically advanced...and yet so carnal and primitive towards each other, the idea that warfare and battlefields still exist..

It is funny. Hiroshima was one of two historic examples, showing the only country that has ever used weapons of mass destruction. And yet, the US forges on and claims that others will use these same WMDs..how?

How? The way we used it on millions of innocent Japanese 60 years ago?

It is easier to support what you cannot see.
Most Germans never saw the conditions of the gulags, concentration camps and slaughterings of fellow human beings - it was censored. Today, we don't see the bloody bodies, the deformed children, the hospitalized people dying with lost limbs, failing and radioactive organs.

Indeed, World War Three will be fought with sticks and stones.

Thanks, there was a movie I saw twice, fourty years ago when I was in first grade about the effects of the bombs dropped on Japan. One of these days I'm going to find that movie, upload it and send it to you in a link.
