my advice would be

1. What do you want to be; size, mass, muscle tone.
2. Only think of this-no buts.
3. Read up on exercises to fit this; Set specific targets for each day.
4. Sort out your diet. As for supplements possibly creatine-research it.
5. Keep positive all the way through.

Question forultima; read omewhere if you mentally think you do weights you can trick te body into releasing te chemicals to bring muscle tone. Believe it; how and why?

Also; breathing exercises good;

1:4:2 ratio
breath in through nose: hold breath:exhale mouth
e.g. 7:28:14 seconds.

Also check out colloidals. check mega hertz of electrical carges of food. Best ones over 70 meha hertz e.g. wheatgrass. almonds good.and green veg

add this to steak for weight lifting.

increases energy and this is good for all your organs.

check out anthony robbins 4 this stuff.

i agree... you can increase the chemicals with regards to mind over matter, but you will not increase tone, for no contraction of the muscle is taking place.

whats the easiest way to increase muscle mass? i do a basic sit up press ups, and bicep curls every evening, but they dnt seem to do anything more than just increase the tone a bit. i dont want to be heading toward the freaky guy in the pic kinda size, but the fact that a jacket that fits across the shoulders is huge around my arms and chest is jsut annoying.
