Grand Canyon Star Party

I found out about the annual star party at the Grand Canyon. It is run by an astronomy group based in Tucson. They will meet, June 4-11 in 2005. I wish they would get together in August for the Perseids meteor shower. Read my astronomy paper>http://jimcolyer.com/papers/entry?id=2

i was at chaco canyon last august for a star party the first i have been .to it was great there was about 25 scopes set up and everyone had something differant to look at. the whirlpool galaxy was my favorite. i my go back this year. our local club is just getting started.
