All Mens College?

How come there are no all men's colleges but there are women's colleges? How come there are women centers but not men centers? Womens dorms but not mens dorms? I was looking at aa college brochure and just wondered why...It's great that women get to focus on education but I feel bad because men don't get the same advantage. There are boarding schools, but I've never heard of a men's college.

Even if there were a men's college, would any man go there?

I would just guess that men don't like to be around only men, but women like to hide from men alot, lol. Maybe because most guys can tolerate women trying to distract them by hitting on them, and women would rather not have that distraction. That's my best guess....take or leave it, lol.

there were all mens colleges to begin with. correct me if im wrong but women were not allowed to go to college not so long ago.

it seems that nowdays people think mixing genders in school is a good idea though. seperation is a bit "old fashioned" if you will... so the mens colleges have mostly died out, although im sure there are some left. the womens colleges are decreasing as well, but perhaps they are still around because they got a late start... silly assumption probably, and im sure there are many other factors, but thats my two cents.
