Tsunami, Wet Nightmare
I'm sure you have all heard of this horrid atrocity, and we quibbled over 3,000, willing to start a world war because of 3,000 (which I am not belittling).

I just want to make the point that if we weren't in the middle of the most Tyrannically insane world war we could actually help these people. But I wouldn't trust sending troops there because they'll probably set up bases.

Killing doesn't stop killing, it adds to it. Terrorism as it is understood now is like these people striking at the ocean when the earthquake was to blame.

We civilians are the ocean on the war on terrorism and we will be killed if we kill everything looking for terrorists. And since anyone who opposes or disagrees with this war and its implementers are "either with us, or with the terrorists." we may have a problem.

Oh, and if that number shocks you, consider this, 500,000, give or take, children died in large part as result of US imposed UN sanctions on Iraq which killed around 1million people, something like 12 years of hell after a war, and then we come in and bomb and shoot them more.

Even if these number are exaggerated, which would help to discredit anyone making a valid claim, even if it was oh, just 100,000 kids, what the hell?

Here is a pretty good article that tries to pin down numbers, and show some of the factors, it mentions the devastation from Iran-Iraq war, but of course doesn't mention allied involvement, and it doesn't mention Gulf 1 which destroyed most of the food production and water sanitation facilities that caused so much trouble, it brings up the oil for food scandal but as usual we aren't mentioned.

So I think though it seemed like a somewhat fair article but still told a lot of half truths.

If the UN came to America, like it is going to, or even our own police, ATF, FBI etc. and "accidentally" killed YOUR family, would you shoot somebody, maybe some foreigner screaming at your daughter as they raid your house accidentally shooting you kid in the face?

We need to stop this war NOW. The instability is people trying to defend themselves from us and the instability we cause with our covert ops (our own terrorist groups) wars and sanctions, wake up, we are the terrorists, Al-Qaeda and Saddam are our tools, have been for years, please wake up.

People always ask what we can do about it, public awareness and say no, thats all it takes, the right people in the right posistions Congressman have to listen if we have enough voices, petitions etx. There are already peace movements sign an online petition, something.

We are fighting terrified peasants, we must know this. Their neighbors are even trying to fight us because it obvious to people who see the killing and know the numbers, stuff that is puposely edited out and later used to desensitize once its too late to do anything.

Wake up, for the love of humanity. Just learn a couple of facts, tell some people, we can stop this. Preferably before all the FEMA camps are set up waiting for anyone deemed a terrorist, anyone who disagrees.
