A 12-hour cease fire in Fallujah, Iraq had been agreed upon by the Americans and Fallujah rebels.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/s1085139.htm I think this is a very important development in the whole Iraq situation. It partly disproves the Bush Administration's insistence that the Iraq fighting is sporadic and being carried out by a minority. The cease fire shows that we are taking these people seriously, and that the rebels are there in some strength.
Despite what Bush and his cronies say, we are still very much at war.
What do you think?
