Here is something profound.
In 1981 there were reports that people all around were seeing Apparitions of Mary, and some said of Jesus.
I read where one girl about 17 who was going to become a model, changed her mind.
She said Jesus told her, when you hear of the outbreak of Holy Wars. then know that I am on my way.
I just find that a bit of an omen.

Not exactly positive of the entire 'ending' scenerio. But while in church, I went through the checklist of what was read from the bible.
Yep, we are covering much of the bases. Not that I am a nay sayer, or a doomist. But a practical realist. Just going to have to be prepared.
