Anyone see this film? It was pretty good I liked it a whole lot and it was not horridly chessy! Vigo morkenson was pretty good to... In the middle of the film I want to yell out ARAGORN! but I managed to contain myself.

hehe in Return of the King i wanted to yell out "its Smith! get him!" haha... so i can kinda relate... but i thought Viggo did a great job, seemed like a totally different person in this movie to me! there were a few cheesey lines but they were well placed and very funny. this race doesnt still go on today does it? anyone know?

No idea if it is still going I doubt it to many wars and with borders being a lot tigter in these modern times it seems unlikly.

INCREDIBLE piece of information for you guys that I thought I should share while we were on the subject.

Viggo Mortensen is my friends dad's cousin. Man, I bet you guys are freaking out in excitement right now.

I want to go see it but unfortunately have to wait till it hits video and dvd to catch it.

On the plus side we don't have to wait till Aug. for The Return Of The King to come out! It's coming at either the end of April or May (can't remember which right now)!

Emerald is there no theaters in your community? that is long time to wait- but I guess then you will have plenty of time to read the reviews.

But for certain Viggos star is rising big time - I guess the part (Stryder/Aragorn) was origionally someone elses and they dropped out lucky him!

With two kids and a baby that is due in a couple of months, closest theater being an hour away and the costs just to see a movie these days I have to be very choosy about what I want to see in the theater. I usually get to go see 1 or 2 a year. I guess I'm just too picky about which ones I go to see in the theater.
