Internet Terminology

If your like me an internet fanatic of sorts you may have become somewhat irritated be the rediculous terminology. Most hated is the cyber-this and the cyber-that very annoying. There are many terms which refernce something that may not be completly pertinent like firewall or virus or what have you. But do not fear my friends as I have the solution for you listed below are terms to help the internet be cool again.
Old word/New word:
Email = Word teleporter or electro-post
Fire wall = Data Drawbridge
system crash = Data Apocolypse
Internet = Info Wonderland
Virus = Info Infection
Blog = electro archive
Download = Info Payload
FAQ = FAR's (frequently allocated replies)
Chat = Data Prattle, Text confrencing
Trojan Horse = Data Ambush
Search = Data Rummage
SpyWare= Electo Espionage

i really hate it when my computer has a data apocolypse!

I hear you- sometimes my computer just stops working I call it an Electro-Coma and I have to perform emergency repair procedure number 1 (which includes banging your fist on the top of the CPU followed by explicit verbal instructions directed at the CPU in a serious tone with elevated volume) sometimes it works others not so much. I would love to rent a road packer one day and drive over my computer a few times.... and then frame it as art.

and title it "Frustrations of a New Generation" ....or something....

I was thinking of calling it 'Download"

But when you do think of it electro-fun houses (computers) have really come along way in the last 10 years. I am still surprised that the whole thing is so wide open to data Pirates (hackers ) and info infections (viruses).

yea and it seems like everyone and their grandmother is a data pirate these days...
