'I define a true criminal act as simply something that we guilt over.'
Thank you for addressing the point of guilt. My original purpose of this thread was to redirect thoughts to a past thread I found awhile back. I thought it was an interesting thread, but there was only one post.
http://www.captaincynic.com/thread/79870/guilt.htm#79870 Guilt: An awareness of having done wrong or committed a crime, accompanied by feelings of shame and regret.
Guilt reflects a standard; you cannot have free-floating guilt. A sense of guilt implies you want to change so you begin to accept the system as you feel guilt.
questions asked to this point.
Do you consider your self a Criminal? Are we criminally insane?
If asked to define your self would you define your self as a criminal?
How would you define guilt and what are the psychological implications of guilt?
