I wish I didn't have to hide my true self from the world.

but then what if he wanted to leave, and u were happy, but he was miserable and u had to spend the rest of your life with someone who didn't want to be with you.

i wish he didn't do what he did to me and he could have just walked away.

But then you wouldn't be as expierianced.
and perhaps you would go through somethin worse instead.

But your daughter's definition of "a good father" might be different from yours.

I wish I could snap my 25 year loneliness streak.

but then someone might never leave u alone so you never have anytime to yourself.

if your father understood u really well, then he would basically know everything about u and u would not be able to hide things from him even the things u don't want him to know.
