Knowing the last tatements are based on our commonly accepted view from elementary chemistry of electron orbitals & that all electrons are equivalent (same mass & charge) then any differences was be due to the formation => orbital {potential} energy. Change of energy levels between stable formations that results in energy being stored?
Nuclear chemistry treats the atom as basic particles, electrons, protons & neutrons as a separate subsystem than chemical systems of electron bonds. Yet both aspects are neccessary for matter to exist.

Watching a public broadcast (like PBS) on inertia, it started with a presentation of a ball being released at the apex of a roller coaster ride. It went on to the use of a zero gravity flight used by NASA trainning for astronuats. It expanded to the inertial relationship of reaching escape velocity & forming an orbital aspect.
A brief note was made on that pair of dice was left to free float in space (in close proximity) then after a period of time they would be found held together by gravitational mass?
I think it would be more interesting that the dice would be drawn into alignment with inertial spin plane that exist perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the earth?
After all this is an aspect of the centrifuge & therefore these forces are at work in reference to the earth as well as to the space (theory of relativity).
