no it's cause we don't feel like it. plus cause it would be stupid to have the power of a 'god' since u would get bored.

good point. i also dont think that i would get bored... then again we have no idea what it would be like, if there are even things that exist, like boredom.

You could do anything you wanted whenever you wanted.. sounds like a good deal to me.. Of course helping anyone you could.. but i mean come on, having all that power, ya gotta have a little fun

I believe that someday we will nolonger be ourselves but a part of God - but I'm just guessing.

For now, I'd like to be invisible anytime I wanted to.

I don't see how you could be bored being god, I mean you could just create all the interesting TV sitcoms you want and never have reruns.

Maybe that's what humanity is, a sitcom. Like everyone love raymond or something....probably closer to sienfield though.

I do know though if he knows everything, then everything is a rerun, but it is an interesting thought.

the ultimate power for me would be a form of time travel. I could play, pause time, rewind, fast forward and even stop time. I could go 8 billion years back, ahead or in the present, and explore different universes, hopefully to find new life.

it's funny you should mention that, i read a book called the seeds of time. They traveled around the universe by time travling. The just went into orbit and went back in time until the planet of choice occupied the same space.

sounds interesting. Who wrote the seeds of time?

Kay Kenyon, it is just a sci-fi book, but it is a good read.
